More Information About EC

Infant hygiene care, whether it is called Natural Infant or Baby Hygiene, Elimination Communication, Infant or Baby Potty Training, Baby Pottying, Potty Whispering, or Diaper Free (they are all the same thing) is currently a less common practice in much of our society, so you may have no-one around who can advise you or help, or in fact even believe it is possible. (As there are also plenty of rubbish-based myths) There are other supports.

The books are excellent for a grounding in the concepts, history, techniques and the appropriate attitude. The DVD's give you a sense of 'community' and tribal experience with other parents doing elimination communication.

Online (free) discussion groups are fantastic for support, tips and strategies for any issue encountered. There's always someone at the same stage as you are at, and you learn tips for the next stage coming, from like-minded people who enjoy having diaper free babies (and working towards it).
